I built this place with my own hands, up on a mountain above Playa Hermosa where you can hear the ocean and the toucans at the same time. My farm, my kitchen, my heart on a plate. No shortcuts, no frozen anything, no nonsense.

I wake up, I walk my land, I pick what's ripe, and I cook it for you. That's it. That's the whole secret. Every single thing on your plate grew right here. I'll tell you about each one — where it comes from, why I love it, how it heals.
